This Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte is the perfect blend of real pumpkin, cozy spices, and your choice of milk. It's naturally sweetened with a touch of honey, takes just 5 minutes to make, and is more delicious than the coffee shop version!

As a coffee lover, I adore the fall season for its pumpkin spice flavors that seem to be everywhere, especially in lattes at all of the coffee shops.
While I often enjoy my homemade healthy pumpkin spiced latte, I love making an iced version for a refreshing twist as the warm weather usually extends well into October and even November.

Ingredient Notes
- Pumpkin - I like using an organic pumpkin puree that is canned. Please do not use a pumpkin pie puree, you want pure pumpkin for this recipe!
- Coffee - This recipe calls for espresso; however, you can use 2 teaspoons of instant espresso. You can also use regular drip coffee or even cold brew coffee. Just adjust the amount accordingly. Espresso is more concentrated than drip coffee.
See the recipe card for quantities.
Variations
- Whipped Cream - Optional, but it adds richness to the coffee. You can make your own with heavy whipping cream or coconut cream and add sugar to taste.
- Pumpkin Spice Mix - You can use a store-bought pumpkin pie spice or you can make your own. I included a recipe for a homemade pumpkin spice blend below.
- Milk - I suggest whole milk; however, you can replace the dairy with any non-dairy substitute like unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, or oat milk. I love unsweetened coconut milk and then I use an almond milk half & half to increase the creaminess.
