How To Make A Baked Feta Dip: Step-By-Step

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400℉. In a medium bowl, combine the tomatoes, shallots, garlic, and ½ cup of olive oil. Combine.
Step 2: Season the tomatoes with salt, pepper, and the red pepper flakes. Toss to combine.
Step 3: Place the block of feta into the center of a medium baking dish. Pour the tomato mixture around the feta. Scatter the thyme sprigs around the tomatoes. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
