It's Sunday and that means it's time for a NEW Sunday Thymes! Today, we are sharing what's new on the blog, some fun finds, and what we've been up to! Please leave a comment if you have any questions or just want to say hi, we love hearing from you.

I'm holding space for gratitude. For the courage and sacrifice of those who served, and for the families who stood behind them. Veterans Day is a day that brings perspective, and I'm always reminded of how much we owe to so many.
What's Happening
This week felt a little extra special in the best possible way. Hubby and I celebrated our 36th anniversary, which always sneaks up on me and still manages to make me pause. It's one of those quiet milestones that reminds you how much life happens in the in-between moments-morning coffees, shared errands, and all the tiny, ridiculous things that make a marriage what it is. I'm grateful for every bit of it.
We also finally finished cleaning up the backyard. The project that started as "this won't take long at all" turned into something that definitely took weeks. But now that it's done, I'm excited that we got it finished before the Chicago winter sets in.
Somewhere between all of that, we managed two lovely dinners with a few friends-the kind where the conversation drifts long after the plates are cleared and you realize how fun those moments are. It never fails to remind me how much I need time like that. Good people, good food, and the feeling of being completely at ease… truly the best kind of evenings.

Recipes
This week we have a few new recipes to share! I've been busy in the kitchen testing and creating recipes that will make your holidays a bit more stress-free.
And....a few really good recipes from my blogger friends!
Links And Products I Am Loving
- I am starting to shop for the holidays! I love this cashmere crewneck, this purse, and this throw blanket!
- Did you know that the Rockettes turned 100 this year? We may have to take a trip to NYC to see them!
- As we are approaching Turkey Day, here is a way to peel lots of cloves of garlic easily (without buying them already peeled). I just tend to smash the clove but I will be trying this method.
- I am also getting ready to host the holidays and these items are essentials. This butter dish is so cute! A good set of Pyrex dishes to bake and store are in my cart. I also love this 8-piece nesting mixing bowl set in a variety of colors. A cuisinart is on sale as is a food steamer. We bought this collapsible wagon and it really helped carry bags and other items to our backyard this summer.
- So....who is Susan of the Lazy Susan?
- I am a sucker for all things peppermint mocha! This drink is in my cart along with these chocolates.
- I love real, true vanilla just like this article talks about. It's worth it! While store-bought vanilla is fine, I have been buying my vanilla from a friend who makes it. It tastes so much better.
