It's Sunday and that means it's time for a NEW Sunday Thymes! Today, we are sharing what's new on the blog, some fun finds, and what we've been up to! Please leave a comment if you have any questions or just want to say hi, we love hearing from you.

We are almost done with construction!
What's Happening
As of this week, we can say that we are 90% done with the construction on the bedroom wing and dining room. We are still waiting for a few items to arrive that we ordered, such as blinds, but the carpet is in, painting is complete, and our furniture has been moved back. I will post pictures once we are done!
This weekend we are dog-sitting for our grand dog, Jax. He's such a cutie and we call him wigglebutt! He likes to play with Walt. Poppy likes to ignore him, lol, as he has way too much energy.
The weather this week has turned colder and the trees are almost at their peak for colors. It's pretty but I don't want to lose the warm weather! I'm not a cold/winter fan anymore.
Can we talk Amazon Prime? Did you buy anything? What was your favorite? I didn't buy that much, but what I did buy were things that I use that were on sale like hubbies favorite chai tea.

Recipes
This week's kitchen lineup is full of bold Mediterranean flavor. I'm sharing my new Muhammara recipe - a smoky roasted red pepper and walnut dip - and some crispy Roasted Zucchini Slices that make the perfect side dish. Plus, I've tucked in a few more recipes (mine and a few from friends) that are too good not to share.
