What's Happening
Happy Easter! We left this morning on a vacation to South America. We are headed to Columbia and Panama. I will continue to check my site and respond when needed while we are gone. I will also attempt to keep getting this Sunday newsletter out, but don't fault me if I miss a week please!
We had an amazing Passover Seder last weekend. We had 14 people, including two littles. Our kids flew in from NYC and it was a lot of fun to have a full house. Our son who lives in Chicago also came out with our granddog, Jax. We had a lot of fun!
While I made a lot of food that was already on the blog, the new salmon recipe and the Dubai chocolate matzo recipe were hits. The salmon recipe will be re-made and shared on the blog later this summer. I included a picture of the chocolate so you can see the interior. I probably won't put it on the blog but if you want the recipe, it's easy, just reach out.
I found time to go shopping with my daughter-in-laws. It is always special when we can make some "girl time" happen. Having three sons, I never had the opportunity to do girlie stuff and I love it when I can!
