I had a delicious birthday dinner with a friend at a new Indian restaurant. The food was outstanding and the Chicken Tikka Masala some of the best I have eaten.

Yes, I have a tree climbing dog! Poppy is such a hoot!

I'm still working on finishing on all of the decorating from our construction last fall. The lamps finally arrived this week. The bedding has been ordered and we finalized all of the blinds and window coverings. We are getting close!

We also starting to talk about phase 2 but given what is going on with the markets, and the world, I may put it off until the fall or later. I need to create a new office space for me, and start working on all of the other bedrooms.

But first, we need a new furnace and air conditioner. We sped that up before the price jumped and it will be installed next week. Our furnace was 23 years old and I was worried it would stop working in the dead of winter.
