It's Sunday and that means it's time for a NEW Sunday Thymes! Today, we are sharing what's new on the blog, some fun finds, and what we've been up to! Please leave a comment if you have any questions or just want to say hi, we love hearing from you.

What's Happening

We have spent the past week at our condo in Hawaii! The weather is really nice, around 85 degrees, with just a touch of rain at any given time of the day.

We have been enjoying long walks each morning before it gets too hot. There are a few coffee shops nearby that are a fun walk, about 2 miles in total, or we go into a neighboring town and walk along the coastline looking for whales and seals. We have been sitting at our favorite beach for a few hours each morning and either working or hitting the pool in the afternoons.

The food is decent on this island. This island isn't known for having top restaurants (like Maui), but some of the best chefs are actually in food trucks all over the island. We have been cooking some evenings and going out on others.

Hubby's birthday was yesterday, and I took him to an omakase event one evening and to one of our favorite seafood restaurants the next night. He's getting spoiled, lol, which he should.

Recipes

I have two new recipes for you this week. Both are Chicken Marsala recipes, and both are gluten-free. I am providing dairy-free options for you as well with these two recipes. I also included other meatball recipes for easy weeknight cooking!
