This Authentic Greek Tzatziki Sauce is cool, creamy, and full of bright Mediterranean flavor. Made with thick Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon, and fresh herbs, it comes together in minutes and adds a refreshing lift to grilled meats, vegetables, pitas, and more.
Grate the cucumber using a box grater or a Cuisinart.
Place the cucumber into a colander and press down to release all of the liquid.
Place into a medium bowl and combine the cucumbers with the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and fresh herbs.
Store in an airtight container for up to four days.

Store tzatziki sauce in an airtight container or glass mason jar for up to 4 days in the fridge.
