Simple White Chocolate Almond Bark With Cranberries
This White Chocolate Almond Bark is the perfect combination of creamy smooth white chocolate, crunchy toasted almonds, and dried cranberries. It’s easy to make, requires just a few ingredients, and doubles as a thoughtful homemade gift or a quick treat for any occasion.
Prepare the sheet pan by placing parchment paper on top.
Place the white chocolate chips into a glass bowl suitable for the microwave.
Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
Add in the almonds and cranberries and combine.
Place onto the sheet pan and spread until thin and even.
Top with any leftover almonds or toppings of your choice.
Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Break into pieces and enjoy.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks on the counter. Swap out any of the ingredients to change up the flavor of the bark. Do not skip putting the bark into the refrigerator for 10 minutes. If you leave the bark on the counter to firm up it will take a couple of hours.
