This recipe is all you will need to make pita chips at home and you can season them any way you wish. They are wonderful served alongside your favorite dips and spreads.
Cut the pita bread into 4 pieces or triangles of any size using a pizza cutter.
Lay the pita on a sheet pan with the cut side up.
Brush both sides of the pita bread with olive oil.
Top the pita with salt and za'atar seasoning or any other seasoning of choice.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy.
Notes
You can use Gluten-free pita bread. Be Free Gluten Free has worked well for me! This recipe works well for a crowd. Store in a container on your counter. Store in a tightly lidded container on the counter for up to three days.
