The perfect snack for munching, these roasted kale chips are made with just 3 ingredients and come out with a crispy, salty flavor that has you reaching into the bowl for more.

Ingredients

bunches Tuscan Kale
chopped, or 1 16oz bag of baby Kale

tablespoon
Olive Oil
Kosher Salt or flaky sea salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 275 ℉.
Clean and de-stem the kale.
Chop into pieces and place on a jelly roll pan.
Drizzle with olive oil and kosher salt to taste
Roast until crisp, about an hour.
Stir halfway through roasting to ensure that all pieces of kale are evenly roasted.
Notes
Store in an airtight container on the counter.
