The Best Salad Dressing

A highly addictive dressing that you will want to keep on hand throughout the year! I use this as a marinade as well as a dressing for salad. This is totally delicious!

Ingredients

  • ½ medium sweet onion
  • 1 ½ garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 ½ t salt
  • t paprika
  • t ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pinch white pepper
  • 1 t parsley chopped
  • 1 t celery chopped
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • cup water

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Store in an air tight container within the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

Notes

I am someone who watches their sugar intake. I omit all of the sugar. The result is a tangy dressing. If you would like to reduce the sugar and still retain the taste, you can reduce the sugar up to 1 ½ teaspoons.
