Melt the butter, brown sugar, oil, and water in a pan on the stove.

Mix all of the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.

Add the butter mixture and stir well. Place it on a lined cookie sheet and bake at 350℉.

Bake and then let cool for 30 minutes before serving.
