Mediterranean Citrus Olives For Charcuterie Boards

These addictive and simple citrus-marinated olives are a delicious appetizer or snack made with just a few simple ingredients in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

Lemon Orange Grapefruit Red Pepper Olive Oil Castelvetrano olives

Using half the lemon and half the orange, slice thinly. Reserve the other half. Peel the grapefruit.

Slowly simmer the fruit in the olive oil along with the red pepper.

Add the olives.

Gently simmer for 10-60 minutes depending on your stovetop. Cool, add the juice of the lemon and orange back in. Serve.
