Gluten Free Matzo Toffee

This Gluten Free Matzo Toffee Recipe is Passover-friendly and the perfect blend of crunchy, gluten-free matzos, brown sugar glazed caramel, and melted chocolate. Topped with a variety of your choice.

GF matzo Brown sugar Butter Vanilla Chocolate chips Sea salt

Start by laying out the matzo sheets in a single layer on a prepared cookie sheet.

Place all of the toffee ingredients into a pot. Whisk while bringing the caramel to a boil and then simmering for 3 minutes. Pour over the matzo.

Bake for 15 minutes. Place the chocolate of your choice on top of the warm toffee for 5 minutes.

Top the chocolate with a variety of toppings. Cool then break into pieces.
